Thank you for your order! We will send
your form via email.
If you don't hear from us right away during business hours (Alaska time),
it is possible that one of the following has occurred:
-
It is possible that PayPal did not have
your email correct or has an old email address for you.
-
Your ISP or IT Dept. might have a
block
on incoming emails or emails with attachments; your spam blocker
might as well. BE
SURE TO LET THEM KNOW EMAILS FROM loswald@formsinword.com
and forms@formsinword.com are acceptable.
Spam blocker companies
often block legitimate emails until you approve. (This site has a list of various emails, such as yahoo, and how to get blocked mail or approve senders.

FOR MORE E-MAIL TYPE ACCOUNTS, SUCH AS COMCAST, SEE THE BOTTOM OF THIS Section.
-
Note,
Yahoo especially tends to block emails with
attachments; you can't have two antivirus programs running at the same time for emails, it sounds like, according to this
chat here. (see 2nd item, number 6)
- Also check your Junk
Mail folder, if you have such a creature (newer version of Outlook, for example, and Yahoo mail and AOL often have junk mail folders).
-
Finally,
email
us that
you did not receive your form, and be sure to include your phone
number (we don't get this from PayPal, so we cannot contact you
except via email); we can always put your form on a Web page for
download if we can't get through via email. THANK YOU!

About
Us
What
Is Forms in Word? Are you
tired of searching through Web sites trying to locate just the
right form? We have
painstakingly reformatted all of those hard-to-find federal,
state, and local agency FORMS in an easy-to-use Microsoft Word
format. You no longer have to print the form to type in the blanks
or fill them in by hand. Now, you can type directly onto the
form. To order a form, just click on the “buy now” button
beside each document. Because
we offer many forms we made them easily identifiable by department
or type. Most all have links to agency web sites with instructions
on how to fill them out. If you don’t see the form you
need, just e-mail us with your request. We will locate it for
you.
Who
Creates the Form and Report Templates? Forms
in Word are created by Lori Jo Oswald, Ph.D. of Wordsworth Writing,
Editing, and Document Formatting, a technical writing business
in Alaska with clients throughout the United States. Gregory Drummond has the tedious
job of comparing each of our Word documents against the government's
PDF, ensuring absolute accuracy. Final proofs and corrections
are made by Dr. Oswald.
